Thomas W. Shinick is Chairman of the Board of U.S China Partners. He is a former President and CEO with both domestic and international business experience for private and publicly traded companies. As a business leader, his areas of expertise include strategic planning, negotiations, business growth and development, marketing, product branding and sales strategies, alliances, joint ventures, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shinick serves on the boards of many civic and trade associations and is the Chairman of the Advisory Board, School of Business, at Adelphi University on Long Island. Savio S. He is a former founder, Chairman and CEO of a chain of Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers and is also experienced in international business development, product sourcing, licensing, start-ups and government relations. He serves on the Board of Directors on many trade and non-profit association including the Executive Council of New York and National Minority Business Council.
